Ever since the Becker family processed its first apple back in 1932, we've built our fruit-juice business and a platform of trust, established by maintaining highest standards of product quality and customer service.
Over the last 70 years, our business has grown into a diversified family company with sales and processing facilities across Germany.
The opening of our own processing plant for raw materials at our subsidiary in Eisleben has played an important part in this development.
Becker in Eisleben supplies the industry's widest selection of apple-juice products, including cloudy apple juice, not-from-concentrate juice, apple concentrate and apple essence. In addition, we also produce various berry-juice products as well as fruit purées. These are available in a selection of industry-standard packs. At the same time, we are always looking to roll back the boundaries of innovation in order to meet our customers' requirements.

Production capacity
It has the capacity to process nearly 80,000 metric tons of fruits per year.Our daily capacity for processing fruit is 800 metric tons, which will produce 500,000 litres of single-strenth fruit juices.
We can concentrate fruit juices at the rate of 24,000 litre per hour.
Storage capacity
We have the capacity of 28 million litres in modern stainless steel vats.Using a large variety of traditionally grown fruits, our plant is able to supply fruit juices, fruit pulps, and concentrates for the food industry to customer at home and abroad.
Despite the scale of our operation, we are still certified for the production and storage of organically grown fruits.

Each year, we take on new apprentices, who train at our plat in Eisleben to become qualified fruit technicians.

TraceabilityOur ability to trace each piece of fruit back to the farm where it was produced is a vital element in our quality-control process. We have built up a long-term relationship with the vast majority of our fruit plantations so as to ensure that they consistently produce the correct quality of fruit each year.
The fruit grown at each plantation is carefully selected according to specific criteria for optimum production and flavour. Likewise, cultivation conforms to the latest ecological standards, and harvesting is carried out with the greatest of care.
